We generally process most orders “First In First Out” (FIFO). We have some general exceptions, which are easy to process between other jobs, such as documents that are print-ready PDFs on plain paper, Calendars for Memory Care facilities, and Contractor blueprints. We are usually able to process these types of prints same day or next day, regardless of our outstanding ticket queue.

Occasionally, our customers have urgent print requirements, their documents are NOT print ready or in one of our other normal categories, or they require extra time. They may require design work, special paper, or are just jobs that are inherently time consuming — and our customer requests that they have to be processed outside our FIFO ticket queue.

At our option, we may add a expedite fee to move your job up the queue based on your submitted “Due Date.” In most cases, this fee is $10.

This fee may also be charged for “walk in” jobs (i.e. jobs that are brought in to us rather than emailed). Walk In jobs may also be time consuming, and are typically interruptions to our normal processing flow.
